DG Based Power Houses

Shalkoot undertakes Balance of Plant (BOP) work for HFO & Diesel based D.G. Power Houses. We have executed projects up to single power house capacity of 25 MW. Power houses that we have executed included Engines from renowned international suppliers like MAN, WARTSILA, HYUNDAI & DLW. Our scope of work starts from designing, detailing and includes supplies, mechanical erection work, electrical works, instrumentation works etc. Pre-Fab Structures, Acoustic, Ventilation System, Unloading & Erection of DG Sets, Installation of Diesel/ Gas Gensets; DRUPS, Safe Unloading of DG Sets, Lifting of DG sets to multi-stories, Alignment & Balancing of DG set, and DG set auxiliary Sub-system Installation.

Past Cases

43 MW DG System for Singapore-based Bridge Data Centre in their Navi Mumbai site. Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Supply, Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of Low Side DG Fuel System, Exhaust System etc.

14.5 MW D.G. based Captive Power Plant supplied and executed for Grasim Cement, Harduaganj, Uttar Pradesh. 2.5 MW Man Engine was also installed.

Supply and execution of 2 x 2.4 MW based D.G. Power House for Rail Wheel Plant in Chapra, Bihar.

UFLEX Panipat: BOP process work for DG Power House and fabrication, supply, loading, unloading, lifting, shifting, and installation of DG chimney up to 32 meter.

Angelique International, Montserrat, West Indies site: Mechanical BOP for 1.5 MW DG House.
