HEAT OF COMPRESSION TYPE DESICCANT AIR DRYER
Hot & wet compressed air from air compressor is directly supplied to dryer. The air being hot is used to regenerate dryer tower under regeneration. Thereafter air is cooled in an inter cooler. Moisture in inlet compressed air as also moisture carried away by air during regeneration of Tower is separated in moisture separator.Compressed is now dried by passing through other tower where air is dried. After a fixed time, through actuation of control valve, Air instead of passing directly through absorber bed is passed through inter cooler, gets cooled, cools dryer bed in regeneration and is again cooled in second inter cooler and finally gets dried in tower under drying cycle. The dryer is completely automatic.

NO LOSS SPLIT FLOW TYPE DESICCANT AIR DRYER
The wet compressed air passes through the tower under adsorption. The desiccant adsorbs the moisture and air leaving the tower is available dry for the specific duty. Reactivation is being carried out by a part of the wet air, which is being purged through distributor. This is then heated in the heater and passed through the bed. The bed gets heated to regeneration temperature and the moisture is desorbed. The moisture is carried away by air, which is then condensed in the reactivation air cooler and separated in the moisture separator. This cooled air is then mixed with the remaining compressed air in the distributor before it enters the tower under adsorption. The dryer is completely automatic.

BLOWER REACTIVATED TYPE DESICCANT AIR DRYER
Wet air enters absorber tower where moisture in air is removed. Dry compressed air comes out from dryer other absorbed tower gets regenerated by heater blower generated air.The hot blower air with moisture is exhausted through exhaust valves. After a fixed time, the heater stops but blower remains on. Blower air now cools the desiccant bed for a fixed time thereafter blower also stops & tower is allowed to cool in idling condition. The dryer is completely automatic.

BLOWER PURGE TYPE DESSICANT AIR DRYER
This type of dryer is similar to blower reactivated type dryer. However, here 98% of regeneration is carried out by blowing hot air from blower through saturated dissident bed followed by purging with very small quantity of dry air. The dryer is completely automatic.

INTERNAL HEATED TYPE COMPRESSED AIR DRYER
Wet air enters absorber tower where moisture in air is removed. Dry compressed air comes out from dryer. Other absorber tower gets regenerated by dry purge air (approx. 3%-5% of inlet air quantity) coming through tapping from first tower. In both towers, internal heaters are embedded which become on in the tower under regeneration. Purge air from tower under drying which is already dry gets super dry by becoming hot in tower under regeneration. The dry & hot purge air carries away moisture from the tower and exhaust the same through exhaust valves. The dryer is completely automatic.
